Sausage Roll Recipe | step by step From scratch | Nigerian sausages Aka GALA
Hi guys !!!! In this video I share how to achieve authentic Nigerian sausage roll. If you grew up in Nigeria you'd know the relationship between travels and Gala (aka sausage roll). Making this recipe gave me the most nostalgic feeling ever and my house smelt amazing!!! You should definitely give this a try and let me know!!!
For this recipe you'll need:-
FOR DOUGH
4 cups AP flour
250grms margarine/ butter
8grms salt
FOR FILLING
500grms bulk beef sausage meat
1/4 cups bread crumbs /corn granulars
2tsp red Chilli
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2tsp fish seasoning
1tsp white pepper
1tsp sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg (for egg wash)
I use the United States starndard measuring cups for all my measurements
