Android Notifications - Part 10, Firebase Tool Assistant | Push notification configuration
In this video we will continue to explore how to configure an Android app with FCM, but with Firebase assistant tool that comes built in with Android Studio. Recently Android studio has introduced this wizard which gives step by step actions that needs to be followed in correct order to properly integrate FCS in an Android application. The end result is same as what you would have achieved using the web based firebase console. The only advantage is you don’t have to context switch between browser and Android Studio IDE. Everything happens in Android Studio IDE.
