☕Tech☎️Poly CCX Teams Expansion Module (EM60 ) overview. The CCX EM60 expansion module helps users handle large call volumes supported on CCX 505 (Open SIP and Teams), CCX 600 (Open SIP and Teams), and CCX 700 (Open SIP) business media phones. See more details below.
Requires Microsoft Teams for PVOS 8.1.5 or higher.
⚠️Poly recommends using the CCX EM60 external AC adapter (5 VDC/3 A) for all installations (sold separately). For example SKU 86H66AA#ABB - CCX EM60 Power Supply - 5V/3A-EURO.
Each CCX Teams EM60 Expansion Module supports the following features:
🔧5” color LCD display
🔧Three pages with twenty line keys each, for a total of sixty lines configurable as Teams presence, OpenSIP line registrations, call appearances, speed dials, Direct Station Select (DSS), or Busy Lamp Field (BLF)
🔧Dual-color (red or green) illuminated LEDs for line status information per key
🔧One USB 2.0 (Type-A) port
🔧One USB 2.0 (Type-C) port
🔧Supports one expansion module per CCX phone
🚨Important:
USB headsets are not supported on CCX EM60 expansion modules. Bluetooth and RJ-9 headsets are supported.
