How to grow on Instagram
My goal isn’t always to solely GROW on Instagram. I have a business to run, and running a business itself takes up time and dedication. Growing an Instagram account and growing my business are two totally separate things that require separate strategies - it’s similar to managing 2 businesses. I don’t have a huge team of people helping me either, I still record myself and edit all my videos myself.
People also don’t take into account that I have thousands of students to attend to, lectures to record and update for my courses, 4 Instagram accounts, I also had a ⏰ account I grew to 1.1 million followers, and I had 2 other ⏰accounts as well, and a YouTube channel and a Pinterest account.
This year, I cut down on my accounts and focused solely on @heynicolewong Instagram account (while still updating my course in the backend) and I grew 700,000 followers in 9 months.
I’m not always going to be focused on growing my Instagram account so sometimes I’ll grow fast and other times I’ll be focused on other projects
A lot of people reading this might be thinking they don’t have time, but I used to have a full-time job along with a part-time job, going to the gym 7 times a week, prepping for a bikini competition, and I was able to do all this while growing my Instagram and building my business. So, it’s not that you don’t have time, it’s just that you’re not prioritizing it.
