This is not too difficult to do, and using the steps outlined in this Audacity tutorial for beginners, even those who have never used Audacity or even an audio editor before should be able to successfully fade out their audio. Paul shows how to add fade out in Audacity using three separate methods; Fade Out, Studio Fade Out and Adjustable Fade. After watching this video you will know how to edit music to fade out, and indeed any file containing audio.
