1.3 HTML5 and CSS3: Creating a Web Page
What is CSS3? Every website is built inside a directory on a web server, and each web page is a separate file in that directory. When a visitor enters a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in a web browser's Address bar without a file name at the end (e.g., http://www.calstatela.edu), the server looks for a default file and displays that automatically. On most web servers, the default page in a directory is named index.html. In this video, we create our index.html file.
