In this video, sensor is explained. Being the most popular procees variable, Temperature sensors explained. what are the four most populat types of temperature sensors? In this video we learn the basic characterstics of different temperature sensors. We look at thermistors, thermocouples, semiconductor type sensors and resistance temperature detectors RTD.
This is the first episode in sensors and thier microcontroller video series. In the series we discussed a lot of things about sensors , temperature sensors in particular. Sensor signal conditioning like bridge circuit, voltage divider circuit, Amplifier design, and Arduino microcontroller interfacing. In this video series, we developed automatic air conditioning system for a specific office from scratch. Arduino C programming is also performed in one of our videos.
Proteus simulation of each design is also performed. Non- linearity in the sensors is also discussed.
