Dyson V11 Problem: Wand Connection
In this video I demonstrate the flimsy connection between the main unit and wand attachment for a 2 day old Dyson V11 Torque Drive. It makes this $699 vacuum feel cheap and poorly manufactured. Dyson offered to send me a replacement wand which I will do an update video to show if it makes a difference, but I honestly don't believe it will. Let me know in the comments if you want to see more about the Dyson V11. Also I have purchased a Tineco S12 Plus and expect to receive it in a few days. I may do a comparison video between the V11 and S12 if anyone is interested.
