SCUM 1.0 Local Server Need to Know
You got the SCUM Server Files, now what? Or its installed, and connection is timing out or failing? I'm going through the tutorial document and running the local server ... use the timestamps as needed :))
UPDATE: someone just mentioned launching the Server from Steam as an Administrator to resolve the problem of not being able to connect. See their comment for details. I have not tested that yet, but I am passing it along.
