Last Month - Xbox brought out Clubs and Looking for Group for preview members.
Club - Is a club you can join on Xbox Live
Looking For Group - Where you can join a group to play games or to setup your own advert to find new players

Today, Arena launches for preview members with the new legendary fighting game "Killer Instinct". The area allows you to complete against other players on Killer Instinct.
For the initial roll out, it will only be available for the US. After feedback, it will be available in more countries.
To start competing. All you do is register on the tournament tab within the Killer Instinct game hub. Then you can complete with other players.
Achievement Rarity
So Achievement Rarity was introduced by a request from the Xbox Feedback. A place where you guys can put your suggestions for future updates.
Rare achievements will now have special notification and a diamond highlighting it. Rather smart.
New Looking for Group Features
There are some new features for Looking for Group. If you don't know what Looking For Group Is. This is the simple definition.
Looking for Group is where you can join a group to play games or to setup your own advert to find new players.
The new features are:
The ability to create a Looking for Group, up to 7 days in advance.
You can also add which language the group we be chatting in.
They have added a feature where you can create Looking for Group posts in your club.
Group Messaging on Xbox Live
Group messaging has been added to Xbox Live. You can now add members to a message chain.
Group messaging will soon work across the Xbox app on iOS and Android.
