Esfirra recipe (dough)
3 tablespoons of yeast
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Measure using a standard 24-inch (400ml) measuring cup.
Flour until the dough reaches the right consistency (not too stiff)
Water and warm milk
