Seven Seas Saga, also known as Seaside Saga, is a free to play browser based MMORPG by Joyhubs. This pirate/sailing game is based on other games of the same genre, except is played entirely in the browser and has a really complex RPG system on top of the usual trading/exploration.
Although the game is relatively new, I did not see many players playing it, so it might be hard to find people to play with.
