Samsung Galaxy Gear vs Sony SmartWatch 2
Samsung unveils Galaxy Gear at the IFA electronics show in Berlin today. Sony recently unveiled its second smartwatch, called the SmartWatch 2. We compare Galaxy Gear with SmartWatch 2.Both have a 1.6-inch screen.Samsung Galaxy Gear has chosen an OLED (organic light emitting diode) screen while Sony SmartWatch 2 uses transreflective LCD (liquid crystal display). Galaxy Gear has a 1.9 megapixel camera while Sony haven't.The Smartwatch 2 is thinner and has more of a squared shape compared to the rectangular Galaxy Gear. Before giving a verdict prize ranges between 250-300 dollars.
