Nick Grayston, a seasoned Global CEO, specializes in turnaround and transformation with expertise in Agile restructuring. With leadership roles at Foot Locker, Sears, and The Warehouse Group (TWG), he has revitalized major retail businesses across the USA, Canada, Europe, and New Zealand, managing P&L up to $7 billion and teams of over 25,000.
At TWG, Nick achieved record profits (2021-2022) while championing gender pay equity, sustainability, and a Zero Emissions by 2040 Plan. He transitioned TWG to an Agile operating model, doubling profits despite COVID disruptions. Known for driving digital innovation, he has led e-commerce advancements and personalized marketing strategies.
An advocate for ethical practices and AI integration in retail, Nick has spoken globally on leadership, transformation, and empowering women in business. Former Vice-Chairman of FDRA, he was Deloitte 200 CEO of the Year Runner-up (2022) and completed the Institute of Directors Climate Governance Course (2024).
