Stray Chapter 1: Inside the Wall Collectibles Guide - Scratching Spot - Territory Trophy

There is only one collectible in the first chapter. Shortly after taking a nap and descending the pipes in the cutscene at the start of the game, run forward and you will see a tree on the left. Approach the tree and press Y/Triangle to initiate scratching, followed by LT+RT/L2+R2.
