Trans-age Dutch man 69 starts LEGAL action to be 49!
Dutch pensioner Emile Ratelband has gone to court to try and force his local authority to recognise his Trans-age status. Ratelband claims he "identifies as 20 years younger" and wishes to be recognised by the age he feels, 49, rather than his chronological age of 69.
This is perfect fodder for YouTubers to make cheap and lazy videos scoffing at this seeming new level of crazy BUT I want to explore the issues here in a bit more depth and set them alongside the claims that underpin transgender claims (at least as I understand them).
