Who is Carlos Viríssimo?
He is a native of Florianópolis-SC, born and raised, as the old timers say. Married to an Amazonian woman, he frequently travels to the north and contemplates the stories, cultures and customs of the interior of the Amazon, in the voice and irreverence of a manezinho.
He is passionate about photography, a lover of nature, traditions and native customs, his hobby as an amateur cameraman “of those very homely types”, and with a peculiar charisma, he makes beautiful documentary-style records in the communities he passes through.
