MY STORY: FROM SPARE ROOM TO BOARDROOM
It all started in 2001 with a second-hand computer and a big idea called RedBalloon. My mission was to change how we celebrate life's most important moments, shifting the focus from "stuff" to unforgettable experiences. This journey taught me everything about building a brand people love, creating a customer-obsessed culture, and the resilience needed to turn a dream into a thriving national business.
After that, I co-founded the Big Red Group (BRG) to acquire other market-leading brands and create an industry powerhouse. You might also know me as the #RedShark from four seasons of Network Ten's Shark Tank Australia.
