Backstory:
Now, I have a weird history with Creo songs in general, and no hate to him cause he makes wonderful music - but holy shit is it hard for me to make layouts with his songs; I've probably mentioned this in the For Fun backstory (my layout using Ballistic Funk) but I've had this issue where I cannot make a layout using his songs, and for a few years I just did not know how to make a creo layout.
Now this song IN PARTICULAR has its own backstory for me, as I originally was gonna make a collab with @Juncle2 using this song but it flopped because I had motivation issues, and the level never took off. I actually tried to make my second part like 4 times over the span of a few months and scrapped the idea of the collab altogether. Now, keep in mind this was ~1.5 years ago and I decided, a lot more recently (~2 months ago) to revive that collab by making what would be this current video as a collab part and he'd make like a minute+ long part, or so I thought. Now the part was pretty long and I fully understand why he decided to not make a part. Just a quick reminder this is the SIXTH gameplay piece overall that I've used this song - 4 of those were the flowy attempts, and I also had once tried to make a solo using the song like last year but it didn't go out well.
I do think this level is ONE OF MY BEST layouts and it's honestly p fun to play. I also am really happy with the structuring in this layout in particular as well due to the fact I go all out with the slopes and 2x scaled blocks for the drop. When making this level, I had realised I never really use pulse or color changes in my layouts for some reason - always felt that was really bland, yet I never really put in the time to figure out how to "upgrade" my level visually and somehow my most visually changing layout (before this one) was like Empress, and for reference that was MY SECOND LAYOUT out of I think this is 12 now?
