In this video, I have designed and simulated a Temperature Indicator Circuit using LEDs, Thermistor, and Transistors in Proteus.
This simple electronics project works like a basic thermometer without a digital display, where LEDs light up according to temperature changes.
When the temperature increases, more LEDs turn ON, visually representing the rise in temperature — making it perfect for learning temperature sensing and analog electronics.
🔧 Circuit Explanation:
The NTC thermistor changes resistance with temperature.
A pair of 2N4401 transistors amplify the sensor signal.
Zener and signal diodes (1N4148, 1N4728A) control threshold voltages.
Different LEDs (Red, Green, Yellow) indicate temperature levels.
Powered by a 9V DC supply.
