Fixed!!!! It’s easy.
reduce your Tv display Ratio to 4:3.
change the Amazon power Adapter to 1-2 Amp. For me I used MacBook A/C with usb Hub.
Plug-in your Adapter into a power and while your device starts booting just hold and keep pressing Back button and the right side of select button for seconds. your device will boot into the menu and then you’re able to do factory setting.
