00:25 ➜ Squeeze the cottage cheese through cheesecloth
01:20 ➜ When I studied to be a chef
02:35 ➜ Chop the dried apricots
03:22 ➜ Add the coconut flakes
03:30 ➜ Add the egg
03:55 ➜ Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and regular sugar
04:14 ➜ Mix everything until smooth
05:00 ➜ For breading the syrniki you will need Flour
05:40 ➜ Cut the resulting "sausage" into roughly equal pieces
06:19➜ How to make triangular shaped syrniki?
06:35➜ Fry the syrniki
08:30 ➜ Place a paper towel on a plate
08:50 ➜ Turn the syrniki over to release excess oil
09:20 ➜ Place the syrniki on a plate
09:35➜ You can add condensed milk and walnuts to the syrniki

50g coconut flakes
80g dried apricots
9% fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1 packet vanilla sugar (8g)
3 tbsp sugar
Frying oil
Flour (you can use your favorite)
Condensed milk (optional)
Walnuts
Paper towel
Deep bowl for mixing ingredients
Frying pan
If you're vegetarian, you can make this recipe without the egg. Omit the flour and semolina!
You can lay a paper towel on a plate and place the syrniki on it to absorb excess oil.
