YouTube changed their comment system yesterday linking it up with Google+. I see huge benefits from this change and really like where they're going with it.
Here are some of the key features I like:
I CAN REPLY TO COMMENTS FROM MOBILE!!!

Private comments/threads
Replying to comments via Google's notification bar (HUGE)
Mentioning people
Links in comments
