Intense Training is a group of schools dedicated to functional, effective self-defense, which could also be used in any open system. Long-term physical performance with stable, healthy joints is the byproduct we strive for and promote. We are not tied to any particular system: we don't want to reinvent, but rather explore how humans fight instinctively and effectively. We come from Krav Maga and offer this Israeli self-defense system, as well as kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. However, these are just names.
