💎Crystal Candy Recipe🍬
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tsp Agar Agar
2 cups Sugar
Divide into 3 portions, 1 tsp of candy flavoring and a 1-2 drops food coloring
Bring water, agar agar & sugar to a simmer for 5-10 minutes. Consistency should be similar to maple syrup. Remove from heat and add food coloring & candy flavoring. Pour into molds. After 2 hours remove from molds and let sit out on a baking sheet for 7-9 days. The longer they sit out the crunchier they become!
