Nova Arena PvP - How to Counter and beat Archmage in Black Desert Mobile
So it’s been almost a week since the release of Nova in black desert mobile and there’s a couple of things that need a touch. That being said theirs classes that she has a hard time dealing with due to her lack of chase and mobility. One of these classes is the infamous Archmage, currently conquering PvP and PvE Archmage is a true power house. Now you’re wondering well, Wrath how do we beat an Archmage with Nova? It’s simple really, instead of panicking at first sight, remain calm. (As you should in any pvp instance) most Archmage will use Fog when you get close to them, they’ll hit you with fireball, freeze, then meteor you from a distance while your down and will ignite from fog when you get close before you can CC them. A super annoying class to our beautiful princess that skipped leg day. So the best thing to do is to watch your opponents movement, when keep a decent distance from them but not to far that you can’t stun them with your charge ability or that they’ll be able to anticipate it. The usual opening you get when facing an Archmage is when they go for a heavy meteor, whenever they prepare themselves to cast it since it takes a bit to cast. You can charge in and stun them, so be quick with that CC lock and make sure she doesn’t get a second chance to annoy you. The most important element when facing them is to not chase as much like a chicken whose lost its head. Instead it’s to outplay them at their own game and maneuver around the arena with them. There will be split seconds when you have an opening also always make sure that you can summon a queen. She will confuse them when they see her charging towards them. Hope this helps atleast a little and gives you hope for our leg day skipping princess.
