Bottom Bracket Fitment: What Size Do I Need? (Size DOES Matter)

It's very important to make sure you get the correct bottom bracket for the job. With so many “standard” sizes available, it may seem overly complicated at times. The two major dimensions that differentiate bottom brackets of similar types are the shell width and spindle diameter. Does your frame require a threaded or press-fit BB? 30mm or SRAM DUB interface?
