Welcome. Today, I'll show you how you can animate your loader in figma.
STEPS 1
Draw a square frame with the size of your choice. I used 400x400px here just so you can see my screen clearly.
STEP 2
Draw a circle inside the frame and adjust to align horizontal and vertical centres.
STEP 3
Remove the fill colour for the frame
STEP 4
Cut out the circle to half (50%) of the shape.
STEP 5
Drag the middle point of the shape and push it downwards as you can see in the video.
STEP 6
Duplicate the shape. You will have 2 ellipses. One above another. Fill the ellipse above with your preferred colour. I used blue here.
STEP 7
Select the ellipse below and fill it back up to 100%
STEP 8
Select the cut out ellipse i.e the one you filled with a color and set the position to 45 degrees. Duplicate the frame and rotate the colored loader by -90 degrees each time.
STEP 9
Group all your frames and create a multiple component set. Switch to prototype and connect each frame.
