Install Guide
1. Download and Install XAMPP Application on Computer / PC
2. Extract the file using the Winrar application
3. Copy the sippu folder then paste it into the htdocs folder
4. Apache and MySQL Nation on XAMPP
5. Open a new browser with the name http://localhost/sippu/
6. Create a database with the name db_sippu
7 Import the database or its SQL into the sips database
8. Run the project by typing http://localhost/sippu/
9. Enter Administrator: http://localhost/sippu/
