Okay so there is alot of stuff to talk about when it comes to settings and Sensitivity , and also your mentality.

First things first, take in note that every settings i use, i use with the mentality of each of those players and try to replicate a little of each on my gameplay.
Some settings are better to move around faster, some are easier to see, and some are easier to aim and hit every shot, so what you should really do is, try to find the best one for yourself , while watching other people play the game so you can fully understand their playstyle and their decision making.

Because positioning yourself correctly is not the only thing you will be doing, you need to use everything you can think of to your advantage , either if its your aim, movement, or anything inside of a video game.

There are a lot of tools that you can use but thats pretty much the basics that you should know. (obviously theres thousands of videos out there saying different things in different perspectives, so dont' take only this video as an example.)

So like i said before, about movement and aim, i will leave some examples of videos you should watch for you to have a better understanding.

lyr1c settings video :    • eU lyr1c's Apex Settings...

Faide's Movement Guide :    • Faide's Guide to Mastering Movement (Movem...

Chensou Ozisan :    • Chensou_Ozisan APEX 設定 settings

Video i made using faide's settings and sens :
   • i tried Faide's settings

*i did not put my nvidia settings here because i think its not too important
to me , it really only matters if you need better performance and more FPS.

These players also switch and change their settings once in a while so if you truly wanna know what they use all the time you will need to go and find what current they are using.

THE SETUP IM USING :

Mouse: Logitech G pro X Superlight
Keyboard : Hyperx Elite
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060
CPU: Intel Core i7 9Th
MSI Monitor Refresh Rate: 144hz ( i don't remember the exact name of the model of the monitor lmao) but its 24 inch and curved.
