The Community Manager is assigned by our office to personally assist the Board of Directors in
enforcing policies and decisions. The Manager also oversees the assets, funds, and interests of
the association.
We know that Board members are often volunteers and may not fully understand what their job
entails. A manager can provide important board training to help the association identify and
amend procedures as needed.
A community manager will also take over the heavy burden of keeping up with the pool
company, landscapers, contractors, and insurance providers. The manager does this to ensure
everyone is doing their job — and doing it well! We can proudly say our community managers at
