How to remove a counterweight without a special tool
In this video I will show a simple way to unscrew the counterweight (stone) mounting springs of any washing machine. I repaired my Indesit 8108, but the mounting principle is the same for all.
My machine has a worn out drum bearing, and to change it, you need to disassemble everything and also saw off the plastic drum body.
To remove the springs, you will need a thick screwdriver and bent long-nose pliers.
