Update: this mugen is already finished and it's actually not 5000+ char slots, it's 7k enjoy everyone! • My SVCUM 2009 Hi-res 1.1 Mugen w/ OVER 700...
This mugen was actually requested by a user on discord that's on my server named: memester. —— —͙ – -
✁・・・ Anywho, let's get into this Mugen. so, just a heads up what you guys need to know is that this is PT.1 meaning, that this Mugen isn't fully completely only partially filled for people who simply cannot handle more than 3000+ or more characters unto their very computers. Whether it be laptops or desktops, Chromebooks, etc... that's what this part is for. the pt.2 aka final part will be done soon and it will mean that it is the completed roster. just like, my EVE ALL-STARS MUGEN where we have one that's partially full and one that's fully completed.
✁・・・ This will actually, NOT be the LAST Mugen I do (join the discord to see what I mean) this type of thing with considering, that it would be much easier than with the mugens that I'm going to do after this will be just as big it can be easy for me to backup and for all of you to download BUT, it will also get rid of this pressure that people have to fill the rest themselves...lmao. but, yeah

᎒ ☈ Yes, you can delete characters that you don't like.
᎒ ☈ Yes, you can re-upload this mugen but YOU MUST GIVE CREDIT THIS COLLECTION ISN'T YOURS.
᎒ ☈ Yes, you can replace and add even more characters unto the mugen if you want.
᎒ ☈ Yes, if you see any missing characters you can replace said characters.
᎒ ☈ There are some horror / joke characters on here that some people might find offensive / triggering so just a heads-up.
Also this mugen soon most likely WILL and so far will have some more null and crazier characters in here than the other mugens I've been working on so just a heads-up :D

Last, but not least...
᎒ - I apologize if the video was short, literally I recorded this via bandicam twice and it would literally just not record the rest it would be like stuck on one part of the recording but record the sounds I know it's weird but yeah. I recorded this with Tinytake instead because it's easier but it did have a 5 min record limit so yeah that's why this was short lmao.
That's about it.
Expect the rest of the completed mugen soon on here, but for now who knows for anyone who has below 1TB HDD or SDD this mugen can be of good use for you :D don't forget, if you want to speed up download then check out these managers:
