How to re-glue deck pad on Stand Up Paddleboard using contact cement
This video shows how to re-glue a deck pad that is coming off using contact cement, painters tape, rubber gloves.
Steps are:
1) tape around edge of deckpad to keep glue off the board
2) apply a thin layer of contact cement to both sides, be careful, let first coat dry
3) apply a second thin coat and let dry for 12-15 minutes (set timer)
4) when glue is dry to touch, firmly press deckpad down
5) peel off tape, done
