Yelan is out and she is amazing asf, more importantly she is f2p friendly which is you don't really need the 5* weapon because all she need is HP and CDMG to increase her damage, and Stringless is all you need with 48% elemental skill and elemental burst damage bonus she can dealt decent damage without any damage amplification such as zhongli pillar, viridescent artifact, or mona stellaris phantasm.
