Windows 7 how to Fix Aero Effect and active it

Windows 7,8 Aero Not Working - Two Fixes:
Aero Effects in ,8Windows 7 and above versions ease our work with computer. Here are two fixes to solve Windows Aero Not Working problem:
Fix one: Run the Windows Troubleshooter for automatic fix. For details, please watch the video.
Fix Two: Please navigate in the Registry via HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM and by selecting DWM, create in the right pane three DWORD (32-bit value) entry:
1- UseMachineCheck
2- Blur
3- Animations
And set their values as zero. Close the registry.
And now, open ‘command prompt’ (cmd), enter the command:
Net stop uxsms and hit Enter key and then please enter another command:
Net start uxsms and hit Enter. Restart your system. You have done it…!!!
