Battlefield 6 on Linux | Another Game Broken by Anti-Cheat
Battlefield 6 is another great-looking game that doesn’t work on Linux , because of anti-cheat and in this video I share my frustration!
Am I surprised? Not really. Am I peed off? A little. But not for the reason you might think.
I’ve been a Linux gamer for a short while, and already I feel the same silent frustration many of you do. It seems like a lot of Linux gamers either don’t care anymore, or have just accepted that some games, like Battlefield 6, aren’t meant for us.
I actually got two days of early access to the Battlefield 6 open beta. I could play it on Windows… or even on Xbox with keyboard and mouse support. But I’m choosing not to.
In this video, I read real comments from the Linux gaming community, talk about why I’ll be leaving a negative review on Steam, and ask whether any of this will ever make a difference.
