Quantum Quandaries and other Heavy Matters. Spring 2017, MIT Museum.
The MIT Museum held a three-part, salon-style series that looked at some of the stranger and more mysterious aspects of the physical universe. Participants were encouraged to add their voices to the discussion while meeting new people and learning about current research in the field.
This event was held March 15, and the topic was "Gravity Waves and Dark Matter."
Speakers included: Lisa Barsotti, Principle Research Scientist, LIGO Laboratory, MIT, and Tracy Slatyer, Assistant Professor of Physics, MIT. The series was moderated by David Kaiser.
