Using Siri with Google Assistant
If you have a number of smart plugs, bulbs, or other smart devices, most likely they are not compatible with HomeKit and you won't be able to use Siri to control them. This video shows you how you can use Apple's Shortcuts app and the Google Assistant app to get this done.
** Update: Some have commented that they can't find the Google Assistant App. It appears that this app is only available in certain regions.
