3D camera tracking in After effects.
Import Footage: Import your footage and place it in a new composition.
Open Tracker Panel: Go to Window - Tracker to make the panel visible.
Select Footage: Click on your footage layer in the timeline.
Track Camera: In the Tracker Panel, choose Track Camera. After Effects will analyze the footage automatically.
Select Track Points: Once analysis is complete, click on several track points that match the surface you want to add text to.
Create Text and Camera: Right-click on the selected track points and choose Create Text and Camera. This will generate 3D text that tracks with your scene.
Fine tune: Adjust the text position if needed, then render the final composition.
