MIDI Guitar 2.2.1 & The Flip script
Let's not forget what a wonderful asset the MIDI Guitar forum and all its users are to the MIDI Guitar community. You can get answers to almost any questions you might have, but you can also go there for inspiration, looking at what people are doing and talking about. And so it was that I happened to come across (username) Herold's suggestion to take another look at one of the lua scripts (FLIP) floating around, adding extra functions to your MIDI Guitar setup. It was a simple enough script, I guess, but as soon as I started using it, it took off and hasn't really landed yet. I combined it with another newly found (old) function. Transposing using the "on high velocity" mode practically gives me a sort of velocity layer function to play with. So if you are already using MIDI Guitar, don't forget the Forum.
