Winter Greenhouse Mushroom Cultivation Montage
Quick montage of the different types of oyster mushrooms i grew in the greenhouse during December. The greenhouse is heated by a wood burner and stays around 60 F. The mushrooms grow dense and with more color in the cold. Some mushrooms like pink oyster or golden oyster wont do well in these temperatures. I didnt use any added humidity in the greenhouse, it has plants that help maintain a suitable environment for the mushrooms. I just cut the bags and let them go and they did great.
