OpenScad Custom Cable Spool & Embossed Text 3d Print
So I came across these cable spools they are pretty cool and I saw potential for more then wrapping your headphones with them. So I decided to edit the openscad file the author generously left with the files and I show you all what you need to do in order to make your own spool for what ever controller you wish and how you would then emboss text on the side of them. Down below are all the files needed in a zip as well as the thingyverse page to original file.
BE AWARE!!! Depending on printer you may need to sand a little and use some grease to get the wheels to spin free. If it doesn't spin free you can alter the openscad file.
