Justine and Tom were trying to adopt a child, but were not selected, which strains their relationship. One of Justine's friends recommends going to the yoga class she does. Of course she falls for attractive instructor Dominic, and they start having private lessons poolside.
Tom is secretly working on another adoption attempt, but Justine thinks he may be cheating on her. When Tom explains it to Justine, this causes Justine to break everything off with Dominic, including the yoga classes.
Dominic comes after Justine while Tom is off on a business trip. When she tries to make an escape, she's chloroformed by Dominic. Justine escapes him by hitting him in the head with an amethyst stone. She flees downstairs and Tom is there because of a cancelled flight. Tom and Justine finally are approved to adopt. Dominic escapes and is shown in another town befriending another woman in his class.
