To install a script in GTA 5, first, you need to install both Script Hook V and Script Hook V Dot Net. These will hook the scripts to your game, and the mods will start to work.
If you do not have scripts folder in your main GTA 5 folder, then you can simply create a new folder and name it "scripts". All the script files you place in this folder will be automatically loaded by the game during the startup.
