If you're new to our channel we are Adam & Karl. Two brothers from Luton who got Involved in property a little over 2 years ago. We're currently in the process of completing a property flip & are documenting the full process.
Here's how we got here:
2022: We worked dead end warehouse Jobs, spent time partying & had no sense of direction 😵💫
2023: we started a Rent 2 HMO business looking for financial freedom but, the business went left as we didn’t have any money to buy deals 😔
2024: we started deal sourcing, sold a few deals, grew our Investor list to over 900 Investors & hit a million views across multiple platforms 🤝
2025: We bought our first Rent 2 serviced Accommodation deal, made a couple of quid from it, started a Social Media business for property Investors. 📸
We’ve raised some investor finance & now we are currently buying our first flip in Warrington.
