The most important stage of homemade bottle beer production is the detailed stages of cleaning and sanitation using different methods and tricks. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. We can use products like PBW, dishwashing detergent caustic for cleaning. Then, as in the video, we can provide sanitation with 4 different methods.
