Red Alert 2 | Mental Omega - Lich INI MOD - Scorpion Cell
Mental Omega 3.3.4 - Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.
Beta testing of "Lich INI MOD" version 3.1 Made by: Lich Bear.
Actually, It's a collected INI from many other mods, it works fine till now without issues, but still need some balance for further online matches in the future. I will test the other factions too, it seems interesting.
