radiator fan not working/relay testing (mini cooper)
hi in this video I am looking at a mini cooper that has a coolant fan not working, unlike some cars the mini relays and fuses are actually labeled in the cover, this helps out a lot.
I used relay testers to see what's wrong with it, and found speed 2 to be ok, the resister for speed 1 was corroded and broken.
the relay pin location was not the same as conventional relays and that was an important point to make for this video.
the correct relay must be used to avoid damaging the electric circuit.
