Step 2 — Press Windows + R → type regedit → Enter
Step 3 — Click address bar and paste the path above
Step 4 — Click arrow next to ProfileList to expand
Step 5 — Find TWO folders with same name
One will end in .bak
Step 6 — Click folder WITHOUT .bak
Check ProfileImagePath shows TEMP = bad profile
Step 7 — Right click folder WITHOUT .bak → Delete
Step 8 — Right click folder WITH .bak → Rename
Remove .bak from the end → Enter
Step 9 — Double click State → change value to 0 → OK
Step 10 — Close Registry Editor → Restart laptop
